6. Purchases, Accounts, and Product Access

When you purchase a Live Your Goddess product, we process the information necessary to complete your transaction and provide access to your purchased materials.

Our digital products generally provide ongoing access through the Kajabi customer portal for as long as the relevant product remains available through that platform, subject to the applicable contractual terms.

Customer account information and access entitlements may therefore be retained while the relevant customer relationship and access rights continue.

Newsletter subscriptions are managed separately from product access.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not automatically delete your customer account, terminate purchased access, or remove records we are legally required to retain.

7. Payment Providers

Purchases may be processed using Stripe or PayPal.

These providers may process payment and transaction information, including billing details, payment method information, transaction identifiers, and information necessary for fraud prevention and payment security.

Live Your Goddess does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

Payment providers may process data as independent controllers under their applicable terms.

8. SOLEA™ – Personal Color & Glow Calibration

SOLEA™ is an AI-powered personal color and visual harmony experience available within ChatGPT.

To receive a personalized analysis, you may voluntarily provide:

  • A portrait photograph

  • Personal color preferences and dislikes

  • Information about hair color and clothing preferences

  • Written feedback and styling-related questions

These inputs are used within the ChatGPT experience to produce requested outputs such as color harmony observations, personalized palettes, visual comparisons, styling suggestions, and AI-generated images.

A portrait photograph is required for certain photo-dependent functions. Additional preferences and descriptions are generally optional.

SOLEA is intended for aesthetic guidance. It is not designed for biometric identification, identity verification, medical diagnosis, or the assessment of health conditions.

9. Your Beauty Code™ – Personalized Beauty Harmony

Your Beauty Code™ is an optional beauty guidance experience associated with SOLEA.

Depending on the interaction, it may use voluntarily submitted photographs, color preferences, and other information supplied within the ChatGPT conversation.

Its purpose is to provide personalized suggestions concerning makeup harmony, hair color direction, jewelry, metals, and coordinated beauty styling.

Where Your Beauty Code operates within SOLEA, its processing takes place through ChatGPT rather than through a separately operated Live Your Goddess image-storage system.

10. MINA™ – Signature Style & Wardrobe Harmony

MINA™ is an AI-powered personal style and wardrobe guidance experience available through ChatGPT.

You may voluntarily provide:

  • Inspiration images and moodboards

  • Clothing or wardrobe photographs

  • Personal style preferences

  • Descriptions of aesthetic interests

  • Lifestyle or wardrobe-related information

  • Feedback on styling directions

These materials are used to generate personalized style observations, visual inspiration, wardrobe recommendations, and related guidance.

MINA is intended for aesthetic and creative styling support.

It is not designed to identify individuals through biometric recognition or make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Processing Within ChatGPT and OpenAI

SOLEA, Your Beauty Code, and MINA operate within ChatGPT, which is provided by OpenAI.

When you interact with these experiences, the ChatGPT platform processes the content you submit and the results generated in response.

Such content may include written messages, portrait photographs, uploaded images, visual references, and other files.

Separate platform processing

OpenAI processes personal information associated with ChatGPT according to its applicable privacy policies, contractual arrangements, service configuration, and user settings.

The currently reviewed SOLEA configuration does not include a separately operated Live Your Goddess server, external customer-photo database, or direct technical integration that automatically transfers every customer's ChatGPT photographs or conversations into Kajabi.

MINA is likewise intended to operate within ChatGPT rather than through a separate Live Your Goddess image-storage system.

This does not mean that submitted information is never stored or otherwise processed by OpenAI.

Access by Live Your Goddess

Live Your Goddess does not ordinarily receive an independent copy of every customer's ChatGPT conversation or uploaded photographs through a dedicated external integration.

If you separately send us screenshots, photographs, or conversation excerpts by email or another communication channel, we process those materials for the purpose for which you provided them.

Storage, deletion, and model improvement

The storage and retention of information within ChatGPT depend on OpenAI's applicable policies and account settings.

Whether eligible content may be used for model improvement depends on the relevant OpenAI service and available data controls.

Live Your Goddess cannot independently delete content stored within an individual user's ChatGPT account.

Where applicable, OpenAI and Live Your Goddess have their respective responsibilities under data protection law.

12. Photographs and Sensitive Personal Information

We recognize that portrait photographs, wardrobe photographs, and personal style information may be particularly personal.

Our AI styling experiences are designed to process such materials for the aesthetic guidance requested by the user.

We do not intentionally require information concerning health conditions, religious beliefs, political opinions, or other special categories of personal data for these experiences.

Users should avoid disclosing unnecessary sensitive information.

A photograph is not automatically biometric special-category data merely because it contains a face. The legal classification depends on the nature and purpose of the processing, including whether specific technical processing is used to identify someone uniquely.

Our styling experiences are not designed for such identification.

Please submit only photographs and other material you are authorized to share.

Live Your Goddess does not automatically acquire permission to publish or use customer portraits for advertising, testimonials, or promotional materials.

Any such use would require an appropriate separate legal basis and authorization.

13. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operations and, subject to the applicable legal requirements, optional functionality and marketing.

Essential technologies

Essential cookies and related technologies support website functionality, security, and the provision of services requested by visitors.

For example, security infrastructure may use the Cloudflare cookie _cf_bm to help distinguish legitimate traffic from automated or potentially abusive requests.

Certain matching information may be transmitted in hashed form. Hashing does not necessarily make personal data anonymous.

Consent

Our website uses CookieScript together with Kajabi's Meta Pixel Consent Mode.

Marketing or Targeting consent is intended to control the use of consent-dependent Meta Pixel tracking.

Visitors may reject optional marketing technologies without being required to consent as a condition of accessing ordinary website content or completing a purchase.

Visitors may subsequently change or withdraw their consent through the cookie-settings control.

Server-side measurement

Kajabi supports server-side transmission of certain advertising events through Meta's Conversions API.

According to technical clarification provided by Kajabi regarding the currently configured consent mode, server-side Lead and Purchase events are suppressed while Kajabi's Meta Pixel Consent Mode is enabled, including where a Conversions API token remains configured.

If our advertising integration or processing practices materially change, we will reassess the relevant legal requirements and update our disclosures as necessary.

15. Email Marketing and Newsletter Subscriptions

We may send newsletters, educational content, updates, and promotional communications where permitted by applicable law.

Where consent is required, we request voluntary, informed, and specific consent.

Newsletter registration may include email confirmation through a Double Opt-In process.

At checkout, marketing subscription is separate from the purchase itself. Customers are not automatically subscribed to promotional email communications solely because they purchase a paid product.

We do not provide customer portraits submitted within ChatGPT to unrelated advertising services through a separately configured Live Your Goddess image-transfer integration.

Some of our service providers operate internationally, including in the United States.

Personal information may therefore be processed outside Germany or the European Economic Area.

Where Live Your Goddess is responsible for a transfer subject to Chapter V GDPR, we rely on a legally applicable transfer mechanism.

Depending on the recipient and circumstances, this may include:

  • The EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable to the relevant certified recipient

  • European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses

ChatGPT content

The retention of conversations, photographs, and files within ChatGPT depends on OpenAI's applicable policies and user settings.

Live Your Goddess does not independently control all deletion periods for data held by OpenAI.

Where personal data under our control is no longer necessary and no legal basis requires further retention, we will delete or anonymize it as appropriate.

20. Security of Personal Data

We implement appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data for which we are responsible.

These may include restricting access to business accounts, using appropriate authentication methods, limiting access to relevant service providers, and using secure payment and website infrastructure.

Our providers are responsible for implementing appropriate security safeguards within their respective services.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

Where a personal data breach occurs, we will assess and fulfill applicable obligations under Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
